Cancellation insurance
At De Betteld, it is optional to take out cancellation insurance when making your reservation.
The cancellation conditions can be requested from reception. If no cancellation insurance has been taken out, the aforementioned RECRON conditions apply.
Online bookings
If you have booked online, we will check your booking for price and date. This booking is therefore subject to change. If you do not hear from us within a week, you can consider the reservation final.
We require guests to be at least 25 years old to make a booking. However, couples younger than 25 are permitted. We do not welcome groups of friends.
Complaints
Our staff will do their utmost to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday. However, if you do have a complaint during your stay, we kindly request that you report it to reception first before sending an email. This will enable us to find a solution to the problem on the spot.
